Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite
We utilize iCIMS for a few different purposes: CRM, ATS, and HRIS for staffing and corporate. We do not use iCIMS organizationally but instead, we have our Staffing Sales, Recruiting, HR, and Payroll teams. Use of iCIMS as a CRM and HRIS is a stretch but we've made it work. Our purpose in utilizing this for all these teams is to track a candidate across the life cycle, starting with a prospective client to terming an employee (looping them back into the recruiting team).

Cons
- Executive Dashboard for non-users (able to print/send out automatically - including graphs)
- Number of attachments
- Have to call Customer Service each time I need to move a user type
- A few minor reporting functionalities--love so many aspects of the reporting but have found some gaps along the way
- Paperless! Hard to put a dollar amount on the ROI of this
- Efficiency
- Security
We used StaffSuite years and years ago - moved away from them quickly.
