HEFICED Kronos Cloud

iCIMS functionality is superior to that of either the Kronos or Ulti-Pro systems.

Daily client support is fine, but technical support is woefully inadequate. It is very difficult to access technical resources, and even when engaged, they are generally not timely in their responsiveness, and regularly miss project deadlines.
