iCIMS Recruit

Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Cloud

iCIMS is utilized throughout the organization. We implemented last December and the experience has been awesome. iCIMS customer service is outstanding. Recently our dedicated technical support analyst was out on a leave and iCIMS quickly provided a different resource for us. The system is very user friendly. We switched from another software that had numerous candidate access issues. With iCIMS those issues are very few and far between.

  • Start Date field is inconsistent, should be one field completed by TA and carried through onboarding wizard
  • Attract changes take too long to complete
  • More efficient recruiting cycles

Tech support was lacking in Taleo.
A month ago, I would have give it a 10 but support has had some turnover and now response is slower than previously reported

Overall, I enjoy supporting the ICIMS product. When we had a dedicated TAM, customer service with technical issue was so fast!
