Overall Satisfaction with Image Relay

We use Image Relay to sort and keep our images and files organized to use internally and externally for customers, sales reps, influencers, and other sectors of the industry we work with. We found we weren't as organized as we wanted to be and wanted an easy-use system that we could share links with and sort through easier than we would a Google Drive.

  • There should be a sorting system that allows A-Z sorting
  • Drag and drop moving would make things move quicker
  • It has made our company more organized
  • It has allowed for faster work flow to find images on their own in each department
  • It has given us a space for outside of the company hires to upload work directly to us
We have always used Dropbox or Google Drive and while they have served their purpose, they don't operate on the same level as Image Relay. The easy-to-use organization along with the ability to create your own APIs and do mass moves and uploads and distinct meta-tagging is key for the number of assets we have.
Image Relay is a very easy-to-use system with a step-down folder setup and makes everything easy to find due to its minimalistic layout. It is very simple to read the menus and understand what does what and the onboarding process has really made it easy to continue use on our own as we train our employees quickly.
The support has been nothing short of amazing! James at Image Relay has been an amazing DAM librarian and trainer and has gone above and beyond to answer all of our questions and also help at any time we need, whether through meetings, email, or scheduled trainer, we have had the best onboarding process we've ever had when starting to work with a new product.

Image Relay is well suited for people who need to stay organized with their digital assets and have the ability to give their own employees login with different access to different areas of the DAM and outsiders as well. I don't think it is necessary if you have a small asset database that can be housed on a smaller cloud or desktop drive.
