Overall Satisfaction with Image Relay

We use Image Relay as a way to hold photos taken across the university. This prevents my office from receiving requests daily to get access to photos for them to use for promotional items. Otherwise, we'd spend all of our time getting photos for other employees to use. This allows a hands-off approach and a platform to easily access what you need, even if you aren't in the communications and marketing office.

  • Way to connect name changes (ex. when the name of an office changes)
  • Time saver due to requests for assets
  • Expiration feature allows us to be mindful of how old a photo is before use
I didn't have to be trained to figure out how to use it, everything is straight forward which is important when you have a lot of external-facing users on this platform. The folders help you navigate what you have but I also use the search feature a lot if I'm not sure what I'm looking for.
I've never actually had to use support but I do receive emails offering support if needed and have been told by colleagues that it is available as well.

Image Relay is great for providing easily accessible photos. We store images elsewhere for our purposes and we mostly use Image Relay as a front-facing storage container for photos. It allowed us to share an extensive collection of photos from an event with our entire school through a link which students really appreciated.
