Overall Satisfaction with Image Relay

We use Image Relay to store photos and documents for our Licensing, Marketing and Public Relations focused consulting company. Given we have a fairly high number of clients and prospective clients our challenge is keeping a large (and growing) number of files (photos, documents) in one easy-to-mage space where team members can quickly and easily access the data. We are a fast-growing company with a lot of moving parts. Image Relay minimizes confusion, enhances our information security, and makes it easy to store and share critical files.

  • Keeps our files safe. Much of the work we do is private until our partners approve of our marketing going public so file security is critical to our operation.
  • Image Relay makes it easy for our team to track and access a wide range of files - especially photos and contracts.

I find Image Relay to be superior to all three platforms mentioned above. IR is faster, has a cleaner interface, has outstanding support, and is highly customizable. Image Relay just makes sense for us on every level. While there are other options, some free, nothing stacks up against Image Relay for us in terms of dollars and ROI. Simply the best.
The super-easy onboarding process, excellent tech support, and a super-easy but powerful user interface. Fast, easy, effective. On average, team members were fully up to speed and using Image Relay within one to two hours. Everyone commented on how simple but powerful the system is. And how easy it is to use. Best of all, everyone agrees that storing and sharing files has never been easier.
An absolute 10! I think this is what most sold us on Image Relay. The support is outstanding. From our initial onboarding call to this very moment IR's support team has been exceptional. Unlike other companies, they tend to be very proactive. They email, text, and/or call to make sure we are fully satisfied, if we have questions, if we need any type of help, and if we have any suggestions to make the system better. Simply the best tech support I have ever encountered.

Image Relay makes it easy for us to store Photos, Contracts, and Documents that need to be seen and shared by our team of 6 employees. I don't see any scenarios where it is less appropriate than any other available options. In fact, I think it is superior to all other database-type platforms on the market. Easy-to-use, clean and simple interface and the best customer service I have ever experienced.
