We are an employment agency and we use indeed to reach out to potential candidates for our open positions. Indeed allows us to target job-specific candidates so that our recruiters can have better time management. This allows us to streamline and find the best fit for our job openings in a timely manner.
- Customer service is very timely.
- Their platform is very user friendly
- They give you the ability to adjust the budget on your job postings.
- Some candidates phone numbers do not show up.
- Job postings and reposting jobs could be streamlined to save time.
- The annual price increased with the merge with GlassDoor but we have not noticed an increase in the number of applicants.

indeed seems to be more user-friendly than Zip Recruiter and the customer service is more responsive when you have questions or concerns. I also like that indeed has the option of company branding which allows the candidate to review our company before applying. indeed also allows candidates to leave reviews on our page which I don't think is an option through Zip Recruiter.

10 - Our recruiters use indeed daily to search for qualified job candidates
10 - Our recruiters are reviewing applicants on indeed daily to help in filling our customer's open job orders. We are posting job-specific ads in an attempt to get qualified applicants to apply for our open positions. The job postings are constantly updated so that we can meet our clients needs and provide them with the service that they demand.

- Through indeed branding candidates are seeing our company logo even if they are not applying for our jobs which helps in getting us familiar with applicants in places we do not currently have offices.

Evaluating Indeed Hiring Platform and Competitors
Yes - We were long-time customers of ZipRecruiter and used them for five-plus years. However, we had concerns with the quality of candidates that we were getting as well as seeing duplicate applications from the same candidates. ZipRecruiter also doubled the price of their service while taking away some of the features (resume search) that were part of our contract in years past. Paying more and getting less was not in our business plan so we decided to try indeed and we have been with them for 4 to 5 years now.
- Product Reputation
indeed was always a service that we wanted to try but they seemed to be the most expensive hiring platform so we had to grow our revenues before we were able to give them a try. Once we made the commitment we have not looked back and are getting a lot more quality candidates. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is definitely true.
My decision-making process has changed over the years in knowing that you have to spend money to make money and saving a few dollars versus getting better service and candidates is worth the extra money. I would definitely spend the extra money and use indeed as it will definitely pay off by providing you with not only more candidates but better quality candidates.

We did not purchase premium support. We have no issues in getting support when needed and they are very good at helping with any problems or questions we may have.
Our indeed account representative is always great at helping us with our budget and explaining where we are getting the most hits and letting us know what areas we need to increase or decrease our budget. We can always contact our account rep with any questions or help we may need.
