Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Resume

I use Indeed Resume to find qualified candidates for hard to fill roles and build a pipeline for future opportunities within our organization. Indeed Resume addresses when we have a problem finding qualified candidates because the network is very large and allows us to cast a wider net to find someone qualified.
  • Ease of contacting candidates.
  • Ability to see when prospective candidates were last active.
  • Communication between candidate and employer.
  • Ability to see contact information before the candidate responds.
  • Ability to see if a candidate has seen your message before responding.
  • Limiting boolean searches to find exactly what you need.
  • Candidate quality
  • Finding candidates for hard to fill roles
  • Time to hire
Indeed is one of my top picks from these competitors because of the quality of candidates we find from Indeed. The resumes are more detailed, the response rate is higher, and there's a larger candidate pool for many positions we look for. I like that Indeed provides a resume template for candidates who maybe don't have a resume and that allows prospective employers to view their work history more in-depth than other sourcing tools.

Would you buy Indeed Resume again?

Yes

It is very easy to use, navigate, and contact candidates. When someone replies to an inquiry about a job and it is also very easy to click on the link to view the candidate's contact information and see what their interest was.
I use Indeed Resume previously contacted candidates and projects to view candidates I've previously contacted so I can shortlist them for future openings and reach back out to seek interest.
Indeed Resume is the perfect sourcing tool for entry-level to manager-level candidates, I find it is way better than other sourcing tools for these levels of candidates in terms of finding qualified resumes and response rates. It is less appropriate for looking at a candidate's Senior Manager level on up due to the lack of qualified candidates in these categories.

I was having an issue with radius for resume searches and needed support as to why I was getting candidates from so far away. The representative was more than happy to hop on a call and go over the specific radius guidelines and how it works for searches. This helped tremendously and allowed me to limit my candidate pool more than I had previously been able to.
Indeed support is typically pretty responsive and tries to address the issue you are having within a timely manner.
