Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

Our Influitive hub is run by our customer marketing team and helps support initiatives across the business including customer education, sales, customer advocacy and more. It allows us to stay connected with our customers and build close relationships with them, especially in the current climate where we can’t build those connections in person.
  • Influitive is creative and helps us find fun ways to engage virtually with our customer base.
  • Influitive allows us to learn more about our customers in a welcoming environment.
  • Influitive enables us to provide a collaborative community between our customers.
  • Better ways to search advocate responses to challenges
  • Video chat forums could be nice in today’s current climate
  • Influitive allows us to learn more about what our customers are having success or issues with early on.
I haven’t used platforms similar to influitive in the past.

Yes

Influitive is great for building and maintaining community amongst customers. It can be harder to set up different hubs for specific groups or in different languages, if that is a need of yours. Takes a lot of duplication.
