Overall Satisfaction with Influitive
We use the Influitive platform to create an online member community for our credit union. The online member community allows us to learn more about our credit union members, ask them what's working or isn't working, ask about new products or services we're considering and provide financial education resources. It's a fun way for members to interact with staff and be rewarded for providing feedback or learning about finances.
Pros
- Easy to use digital community platform
- Influitive offers a digital community for customers to learn about Influitive, provide feedback and help beta test new ideas to later be implemented into our own communities
- Lot's of resources for customers to use to make their communities the best they can be
- Quick response and resolution times on any technical support issues
Cons
- Reporting continues to improve since I started using it but I still struggle at times with pulling the data I'm wanting to see (Influitive team is always willing and able to help me, I just wish I could figure it out on my own).
- Increased member engagement

- Increased social shares
