Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

We use the Influitive platform to create an online member community for our credit union. The online member community allows us to learn more about our credit union members, ask them what's working or isn't working, ask about new products or services we're considering and provide financial education resources. It's a fun way for members to interact with staff and be rewarded for providing feedback or learning about finances.

  • Lot's of resources for customers to use to make their communities the best they can be
  • Quick response and resolution times on any technical support issues
  • Reporting continues to improve since I started using it but I still struggle at times with pulling the data I'm wanting to see (Influitive team is always willing and able to help me, I just wish I could figure it out on my own).

Quick response and resolutions from the support team when problems arise. Biweekly meetings with Customer Support Manager to help answer any questions, set annual goals, tweak reports, etc. Lots of webinars and learning opportunities to participate in. An added bonus of an annual Influitive Live 3-day event to participate and learn at.
Yes, I think customer advocacy and community building go hand and hand for Influitive communities. Our relatively small community of 900 members has helped share what we're working through social media and has been able to help us understand what to prioritize for future improvements/enhancements.

If you're looking to create a digital online community, Influitive is a great company to team up with. The branding and options to make the community look unique to your company [are] easy to implement and update as desired. Challenge and Campaign templates help when you need a little help being creative. Influitive is always listening and improving their software to make their customers' lives easier.
