Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

We use Influitive for our advocate hub. This allows us to give visibility to our advocates for all the activities they do for us. Before Influitive, we had no way for our advocates to self-service and track how many points and what activity they were doing for us. It also helped bring a sense of community to our advocates. This is a platform where they control how much they engage with us and their peers.

In my years working with Influitive, their support has gotten better and better. They are willing to work with us and also bring on folks that can speak in non-technical terms, which is wonderful for those of us that do not have a coding or techy background. They also have a robust online resource.
We have had steady year-over-year growth in our advocate numbers thanks to the Influitive platform. The platform is a safe space for our advocates to hold discussions on topics relevant to them and a great place to network. It is also a great way for us to stay connected to our advocates in a fun and engaging way. I have heard many times, coming to the hub gives me a much-needed break in my day.

When we were looking for a solution to integrate with our other systems, Influitive worked with not only us but our other vendors. This allowed our internal users to continue doing what they were doing and bring visibility to both our internal teams and advocates without having to duplicate any effort.
