Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft
We wanted a tool to manage lifecycle automation in conjunction with Pipedrive, including SMS. We liked that contacts could begin in Infusionsoft without an email address, which is virtually unheard of in ESPs these days. And we didn't need an ESP. We have Drip for that. We needed something more robust. Infusionsoft appeared to be that tool.

Infusionsoft is a blank canvas. It is not really tailored to any use case, which is great if that's what you're looking for. It does not do lifecycle automation out of the box, so it is not well suited for retail or e-commerce without a LOT of strategizing and engineering. This means you either need to log hundreds of hours building (including development) or work with a platform like Zaius, which is made to do lifecycle automation directly in its platform.
