Overall Satisfaction with Innotas

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Innotas was solely used by Information Management to manage its entire portfolio of projects. The PMs maintained the work plans inside of the tool. All staff recorded their time in Innotas. Managed conducted resource management using the tool.

I couldn't envision an enterprise solution of Innotas that would incorporate Information Management projects and other business projects. In other words, I think an Enterprise PMO would struggle setting up Innotas to meet the needs of ALL players.

Change Management Lessons

Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - We were already using MS Project Server so it wasn't a big change for us to make the switch. In fact, it was an easy change.
