InsideView is great for the entire team.
Overall Satisfaction with InsideView
We use InsideView to find contact details for leads we can't find anywhere else, it has been extremely helpful in finding new leads and preparing for prospecting. I use it on a daily basis for keeping our accounts in Salesforce up to date and finding other companies within the family tree of current customers. It also helps us stay on top of news and events that our happening within our prospects.

Both are good for daily updates but companies and people are easy to find in InsideView. More accurate than Data.com and current information is a bonus. Sometimes I can't find any information in Data.com but can in InsideView. We used InsideView to clean up a lot of our contacts that have been loaded in over the years. Data is not always up to date, and can sometimes be 6+ months old for some records. Leads are often hard to clean because there isn't quite enough data for Data.com to make a reliable match.
