We use Insightly to manage tasks and projects, keep track of opportunities, and store information about clients. It helps us establish workflows for clients from acquisition through delivery. It's used by our whole organization.

- Our organization started on the free plan, upgraded to a paid plan, and then couldn't downgrade again. This wasn't immediately clear to us when we signed up as most of the information said you can upgrade and downgrade as necessary. Apparently not true if you want to move away from paid service.

I like Insightly because it's easy to get started and relatively simple to get installed in your business. I like ProsperWorks' intuitive interface and how it aims to give you a snapshot of what is happening, and what needs to happen next. I feel like Insightly is missing a bit of that.
