Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
I am a sole proprietorship and use it at least every day. It's used primarily for opps, projects, contacts and email storage for opps and projects. Helps me keep track of the opps and projects I am working on.
- Integrates well with Google Apps.
- Easy to use and understand.
- Video tutorials are great for getting up to speed on the system
- Saving an email via Gmail to a project or opp can be a bit slow.
- Improved efficiency

Yes, it has helped in managing opps and projects for me. I don't use the contact management as much because, for me, a lot of that is duplicated in Gmail. I do like the fact that I can save emails directly to an opp or project for review later if needed.
