Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is used as a CRM to manage contact details and opportunities. Reporting is too poor to use.
  • Web based
  • Being google integrated
  • The login into Insightly with Google apps never remembers details and is annoying.
  • Due dates or reminder dates should be more visible and calendars [should have] some sort of pop-up functionality.
  • The mobile app is very poor and as a result I don't use it. The interface of the app could be overhauled.
  • Reporting is very poor and it's difficult to get information out of Insightly.
It is good for contact management but could be improved in lead management, mobile access and opportunity tracking.
Insightly is well suited for a small business because it is rather limiting due to the poor reporting and user interface.
