Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We are using Insightly to manage leads, accounts and sales opportunities. All of our sales reps use the software. Insightly helps us to be much more efficient and effective in our sales process. The daily To-Do helps sales reps know where they are in the sales pipeline with each of their leads and accounts. The new advanced reporting will be a huge help in summarizing sales information for our managers.

Pros

Cons

  • Needs better reporting.
  • Needs built-in email campaign ability.

We are still relatively new to Insightly and we are motivating sales reps to use it. Once they are, it will make them much more efficient and effective, which will lead to more sales.
We selected Insightly because of the much lower cost. Infusionsoft does have additional features that we hope Insightly will add in the near future.
Insightly is very well-suited for smaller companies that need a less expensive option. Insightly is not well-suited for those who want to easily do email campaigns from within the software.
