Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
It is used by the US sales division. It keeps us using one transparent platform versus a mash up of several (e.g. Google, Quip, Outlook and an internal CRM). It holds employees accountable for their work and helps us stay on the same page.
Pros
- Customization (states and reasons)
- A clean export format
- It anticipates the sales process fully.
Cons
- Easier linking of emails to opportunities.
- On some screens, hitting "enter" takes you out of the screen and with others it doesn't. I'd prefer it never do that.
- Cleaner opportunity filtering process.
- Increased Sales

- Centralized contact management
- Streamlined business processes
- Reduced number of meetings
Streamlined and communication is is easier. Less meetings. Need to get the owner to sign off on paying for the full version so we can have more than 3 ppl using it at once.

Sales- and project-oriented.
