Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We are using Insightly's CRM module for sales & then PM module when opportunity converts to a paid client project.

Yes & No [in terms of whether we've acheived these outcomes by using Insightly]. Insightly helps, but we still need to manually save emails and sometimes the whole picture doesn't get saved into an opportunity. So my project manager can't just jump in & see where we're at, someone has to summarize when data is missing. It's a process issue, but by now we shouldn't have to save emails manually.
  • Base
Base is great for companies that do a lot of calling, but Insightly is much more user friendly if you don't need to log a lot of phone calls.
Insightly is great for small teams that have a few big leads they're chasing.
