Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
I love Insightly - it is incredibly simple and easy to use, and makes setting tasks and storing information very simple. Other members of staff are not very technologically confident, but even they have found it easy!
As we do not have sales leads as such, as probably aren't using it the same way a lot of other companies do, but have found it invaluable for keeping records of contacting suppliers and in dealing with our PR outreach.

Pros
- Simple to use
- Great for setting tasks and reminder
- I love the way it syncs and brings up information about a company automatically once you enter their website on the system
Cons
- I'd like to see ways of filtering the organisations when searching.
- I don't really have any further improvements - I'm still getting to know all of Insightly's functions.
- Improved efficiency
A lot of our information was previously held in various spreadsheets and documents on Dropbox, which wasn't a particularly efficient way of working. Or even worse, the information would not be recorded at all! By centralising everything on Insightly it means any members of staff can access this information at any time, and we know when and by whom the information as uploaded, which makes it much easier to keep track of.
Insightly had a much easier user interface, and also better functionality. The only downside is with Really Simple Systems I could have had all three members of staff on the free system, whereas with insightly only two of us can use it - we don't really feel for the amount we use it it would be worth paying the subscription (we are only three members of staff), but this does mean we are missing out on really benefitting from all functions.
