Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
I'm familiar with CRM systems, and at first, as a web cloud [solution] we used to have salesforce (Insightly previously). In my opinion, it is the best web based cloud CRM system available.
- The report part
- The integration with emails apps
- The mobile app
- To update the company's information from the web, instead of searching for it (SEO)
- To have a Google map link area
- To be able to attach a company logo
- Improved efficiency
The system is wonderful, it has helped me to have all data and communication, and activities tracked and analysed.
