Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly was used to inventory, track, and follow-up with customers. It gathered information from our online sales forms and helped track the leads from prospect to customer. All phases of our custom sales cycle were easily created and managed within Insightly including automated tasks and workflows. The automation of emails as well as workflows for each stage of the sales process increased the efficiency of our sales agents.
- Gathering external information from sources such as email, web forms, DropBox and Google Adwords was much easier than expected.
- Having Insightly tie these records to the appropriate customer was a huge time saver when reviewing customer records and determining what working in our sales process.
- With Insightly you can group customers into various phases of the sales process. Slicing customers in groups helped us manage our workloads and focus our time with ease.
- The only knock on Insightly is that integrating from external data sources that Insightly doesn't currently support isn't that straight forward. If you don't have an in-house IT person I recommend ensuring that Insightly already has integration ready for the various online services you're using today. This can be found here https://www.insightly.com/integrations/
- Improved efficiency
- Centralized contact management
- Streamlined business processes
Insightly improved efficiency by streamlining business processes and pulling in data from multiple sources so agents could view them in one location. It's much more than a centralized contact management system because of the way it manages data from so many different sources. This data can be stored, viewed, and task automated upon in just about any way imaginable.
- Salesforce and Zoho
Insightly had the features we needed at the right price point. The free trial was long enough for us to get comfortable with the system to make an educated decision.
