Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We began using insightly to manage our contacts and sales pipeline. Things were getting confused and we were dropping the ball by not having access to our contacts and sales prospects from various devices and those people who needed access were unable to access them also. Using Insightly as a central repository for contacts and contact info and details was excellent.

We managed to partially achieve this using Insightly; however, we found that the email capture portion was lacking. You need to BCC each email to your Insightly email address. That proved to be difficult to remember and accident prone. The contact syncing worked pretty well and we were happy with the performance.
The email syncing is what sets Agile CRM and Insightly CRM apart. With Agile CRM, you can set it to capture each and every email sent and received and that connects them to a contact in a time line feature, which is great when another team member wants to get up to speed quickly.
It's well suited for an emerging team that needs to share contact information. It can also capture emails if they are forwarded to the service. It's possible to BCC it with every email, but I would prefer it to capture the emails via integration. That's a little wonky. However, it is by far the easiest and most fun CRM to use that we have used to date.
