Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I use Insightly as my primary CRM and Project management tool. It allows me to keep track on deal progress as well as the progress on customer projects. I can keep all the notes and the email regarding a lead, contact, opp, or project in one place. I also use the IOS mobile app and really like that.

  • The report generation is very useful and easy.
  • Insightly needs to link up with Skype so calls can be made from inside insightly and recorded there.

I have increased sales because the handy reporting and the quick opp references keep me on track.
  • Plan Plus
It was fair but was a little clunky with lots of bugs. The best think about plan plus is the ABC, 123 task priority assignment capability. Insightly is not buggy at all (maybe some very obscure bugs but for the most part pretty reliable. I can get around the lack of automatic ABC, 123 prioritizing in Insightly by just typing the correct priority in for each task and Insightly does the sorting.
For smaller and midsized companies, the price point and the functionality are great.
