Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am currently using Insightly for Task and Project management. I'm in the process of creating a CSV spreadsheet of all our customers over many years and will be importing this into Insightly to allow us to stay in touch with our customers and promote our business for referrals.

Pros and Cons

Very easy to learn and work with.
Maintains very detailed information that is useful in working with projects.
Links to Quickbooks which is very important to us.

Haven't really found any weak areas yet.

Streamlined business processes

We are still getting used to the product and how we can best use it for our company. We can easily see where it will be beneficial.

Alternatives Considered

Insightly is the most complete all-in-one program we have found.
