Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is used to manage all our customers, look at opportunities and is integrated into our website. I have had many experiences with CRM systems such as Salesforce and always found them to be extremely difficult to use. I was impressed by the simplicity of Insightly.
  • I think Insightly is extremely easy to use
  • I think it integrates nicely into our website platform
  • I like the ease of mailing customers and template emails
  • I cant put out Logo onto template emails
  • This has been our only problem
I like to ensure that I have captured all leads and make sure that my customers get followed up particularly after inquiries etc. Like all CRM systems, the most important aspect is ensuring you use the system. If I have any issues with Insightly its because I have been too lazy to have put the data in "Garbage in Garbage out". When I use Insightly the tasks feature is useful and the web to lead forms is awesome. Email specific blasts and filtering is very simple as well.
Salesforce - I hated Salesforce personally and found it to be one of the most inefficient CRM systems ever. It felt like Salesforce was used because it integrated well but was not built for the end user. Being from a small company I have enjoyed using Insightly as I have not felt I have spent excessive amounts of time navigating the platform like you do with Salesforce.
I think Insightly is such an easy system to use, this is why we choose it. I have found the interface very easy to set up and I do not have a background in technology? I have enjoyed the way it has progressed over the years adding features and integrations whilst still maintaining its ease of use
