Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly was used by my organization to organize customer information. I needed a really simple CRM that I could teach someone quickly how to use it and store the information. She caught on real easy! It is easy, quick set up and frees for 2 users. As a startup, the cost is extremely important. That solved the issue as well.

Much more simple software! The interface is clean and not busy. Simple is smart. Insightly is simple. It has tags which you can use to find all sorts of important information. You can tag by company, titles, basically any custom tag you create. On my emails, Insightly integrates with MailChimp for email campaigns. Zoho uses their own.
