Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use it to organize universities we work with. I also use it as a task management system. It is very helpful, and I use it on a daily basis. Each school is different, and it is really easy to look up information.

- The design could be a little more appealing.
- A little more user friendly, it is pretty to use but I am also tech savvy.
- Easy to write notes on certain universities
- Easy to look up notes while on sales calls
I like Insightly more because it is easier to organize. I really like the alerts from Insightly as well to my email.
