Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I use Insightly to track various opportunities; it is great for allowing me to keep a journal for each prospect which allows me to add and edit various contacts at these companies. This ensures everything I do is up to date and ensures that I am using the correct information when contacting prospects.
  • Scheduling calls, emails and meetings.
  • Keeping relevant contact information for each prospect.
  • Adding and removing prospects from the system.
  • Allow multiple selection of tasks to assign to other users.
  • Allow more options for customisation rather than just the tagging feature.
  • Add a feature to more easily view specific keywords as the current search function doesn't always work.
  • I have managed to liaise with many clients thanks to the system.
  • It has helped us to categorize the volume of products each company has in stock, allowing us to go after the bigger clients first.
  • It has enabled us to more easily keep track of which opportunities we feel we have exhausted.
The platform is very intuitive and easy to use, over the years of using it I have experienced minimal bugs and errors, the odd task has not been updated, etc. but other than this it has performed very consistently for us. The platform has a simple, but effective job to do for us and it does it well, there is no added "fluff" for us to go through and this allows us to be efficient when using the service.
Before using Insightly, I used to use spreadsheets that were no way near as effective for us at keeping track of who I should be contacting and where they sit in terms of priority. Insightly has enabled us to categorize opportunities better, and it has allowed me to schedule and move tasks between colleagues who may be better suited or have a previous history with prospects.
Insightly is much better than the basic spreadsheet functionality that Excel allows. It has tailored sections and systems to add, remove and edit contacts, organizations, and specific projects. This has enabled us to become far more efficient when diarising tasks and scheduling meetings etc. We are very happy with the product and have had no issues with it.

Insightly has been very useful for myself and my colleagues when it comes to our ability to keep track of various opportunities and contacts. We are easily able to categorize each type of business and their size to allow us to go for the best opportunities first. The UI is very minimalistic, which means I never have to go through unnecessary steps when adding/removing/editing tasks on the system.
