Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

The goal is to well manage the process from lead to client. Insightly offers a clean and simple process, with the ability to customize the layout with customized fields. The reports options are easy to use and provide accurate data for tracking performance. Productivity tracking through activity sets allows for consistent success in meeting stage goals.

While not perfect, it is easy to understand and use. It is easy to train new users on our use case for the Insightly system. From the perspective of the every-day sales associate, it is pretty straight forward. From an administrator perspective, there are effective options to track productivity and compliance.
I believe that the reporting options, especially the Lead Lifecycle Report, helps to monitor compliance with procedures. The visibility helps to optimize workflows and performance in every stage, from the incoming lead to the project creation - and completion. Customer data, linked in the organization, contact and opportunity records is helpful in managing employee groups or family groups.

In my experience, when I needed assistance with data analysis, the technical team has been very helpful with explaining steps and functionality of the system. A scenario that still needs improvement is that when updates are completed, there is no notification to the user. An update is available on one of the webpages - but the user has to go looking for it.
