Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly as our CRM. The platform stores our client & prospect data.

Pros

  • Record Keeping
  • Search Functionallity
  • Tast Management

Cons

  • Outlook plugin needs work
  • Exporting Data could be better
  • The platform has had very little impact in this space
Platform works well and is easy to navigate - UI could use a facelift
The platform acts as a foundation for storing client details. We use many other platforms over Insightly for marketing
Insightly was easy to customise and allows for us to have fields in our CRM that are relevant to us. Workflow management and marketing is better on other platforms

The platform works well as a simple CRM. If someone is looking to store and keep records of client data it would do a good job.
