We use as a CRM, handles accessing contact details, and our interactions with clients.
Pros
- It provides the basics of CRM system
Cons
- Past Activities are hard to review for a client. There is no search function if you are looking for a particular item. It is hard to see the history to search. Emails must be clicked on.
- Attaching emails does not always work
- The details page in difficult to navigate when you have many custom fields.
- It is very important that we have an accurate history of a client. Accessing that information is made very difficult by the functionality of Insightly
It is relatively easy to create marketing lists.
- xPlan and monday.com
I find them superior for what they do.
