Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly as a client portfolio manager. Keeping all details, actions and information in regards to the client in one location. We are able to view where we are in regards to each contact and who has done what actions. We are able to gage the status of each client and the appropriate next actions.

Pros

  • Breath of details available to record for each contact
  • Documentation of tasks
  • Co-operability

Cons

  • Maybe implement technology that can identify similar clients when you incorrectly spell the name wrong, in the search bar you are unable to find a contact unless you spell it entirely correct
  • Implement a way to better navigate through past activity rather then search pages upon pages
  • Could be prettier
  • Able to store all contacts
  • Able to store all leads
  • Able to store all tasks
I do like how customisable it is, with the different fields you can add for contact details. In terms of useability it is pretty straight forward to use. However I do find it is pretty difficult to navigate to past tasks if there is much activity on a particular contact.
Our organization's ability to optimize workflows and performance has definitely improved as we store all our information regarding clients and leads including contact details and other information without which we would not be able to contact these individuals. However workflows could definitely be optimised further to improve performance of our organisation.
Not too sure sorry, I have not used any other CRMs. We do use platforms such as Monday to track our workflows, we find it a lot easier to track actions as a whole. However Insightly does store details and information regarding our clients a lot better then Monday would.

Insightly is well suited to store contact details, keep documentation on tasks and know the actions that others have contributed in regards to each contact. It is less suited to store documentation as these are hard to find, write personal to do lists, you are also not notified if someone else has actioned.
