Insightly Review
Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly to keep track of our customers and their pipelines to know where we are in our sales. It helps us stay organized, it gives us a map to follow, and it gives us tasks to follow to keep up with our customers. I think it is most useful for our sales reps who have a lot of customers that they have a hard time keeping track of. Overall, it solves a lot of our organization and customer database problems.
Pros
- Organizing customers
- Pipeline instructions
- Pretty fast at responding when having issues
- Merging accounts option/ease of deletion
Cons
- Gmail AI- reading the wrong part of the email and making new accounts of ones we already have
- Complicated settings
- Pretty fast at responding when we have inquiries however usually customer service needs really detailed responses and screenshots
- More comprehensive user training- I joined the webinar and it just basically went over what you would be implementing, not how to use it
- Proof of data privacy
- It has helped with revenue growth because we are able to keep track of customers so we don't lose them. The pipeline and contact helps with this.
The unified platform helps us from switching back and forth so much between platforms, though we still have to with apps like Quickbooks.
I am not sure if we have tried others. To my knowledge we have just used Insightly and quickbooks which we find both pretty useful.
