Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly to track or Opportunities and Projects, the Contacts on each, and their status.

Pros

  • Acts as a central source of truth
  • Supports good collaboration
  • Very customizable

Cons

  • Cannot see Projects alongside Opportunities
  • Dashboard widgets could provide more sizing options
  • Dashboard list views autosave, even if I'm not ready for them to.
  • I do not interact with this data.
It is very usable and pretty customizable.
It allows us to have a common source of truth to know the status of incoming and in progress opportunities and projects.
