Insightly - Very Useful at the Best of Times and a Bit Frustrating at Other Times
Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly to manage our incoming over from customers including architects, contactors, and design firms. We use it as a database to track upcoming, in-progress, and completed. We use it to organize contacts and organizations. We also use it to collect customer email and phone number data for marketing purposes. Before using Insightly, this information was extremely hard to organize and track for all sorts of purposes. Gmail alone was not a useful tool in organizing this data.

- I have no actual ROI number to provide. It is not that easy to determine.
It is easy to assign tasks to different users for a variety of different tasks. We use it to assign tasks for mostly administration duties across different departments. We use it mostly for the creation of different documents like Invoices, PO, SO, and estimates.
I have used no other CRM programs and my company is too ingrained in Insightly to switch to a different program at this point.
