What is unique to it versus other management systems? I think it has a clean, easy to use interface that doesn't have common server errors others do. You can add a lot of metadata and media that you aren't able to with others.

Product Usage

1 - Marketing and promotions.
We use it to keep contacts in line and categorized based on what we would need for events (ie: food vendor, entertainment, security, etc.) as well as links to their product or website. We can also make notes on their availability or history with us (ie: on time and reliable).

  • Keep information internal to a small group.
  • Project management.
  • Spread out tasks among administrators.
  • I think we can grow from how we use it now by doing it more.

I have never had a problem with Insightly, but the staff sends helpful emails and checks in.


I've never run into any hiccups or dead ends while using it. It's easy to navigate around and the features are very straightforward. The interface is clean and aesthetically pleasing, which contributes to the overall experience and doesn't feel like you're using outdated programs, as I tend to feel with other CRM systems, regardless of what year they are.
