Overall Satisfaction with Intellum
We use Intellum's LMS - Exceed. It is used for training across all 5 divisions in our organization. The main uses are for onboarding new employees in our main division, for certifications and continuing education in our State Purchasing division, for our annual Sexual Harassment prevention and other general online training.
- The LMS is very user friendly, easy to use.
- The LMS functionality works great for all of our current use cases.
- Intellum offers great customer support, questions are always answered in a timely fashion.
- Could improve functionality of inactive courses.
- Sometimes new functionality is not communicated clearly but they have been working on this.
- In my role specifically it has helped me get my job done more efficiently.
- It has helped me to deliver the desired results when a task is requested of me for delivering training content to state employees.
- It makes it extremely easy to provide any reporting that I am asked to produce.
I was not the decision maker but as a user Intellum is a much easier platform to learn and use with all of the same functionality of the other LMS's I have worked with or considered.
Always timely with support. We have the option of opening service tickets that are always answered same day usually within an hour of opening the ticket. We also have a dedicated account manager who is currently working to help us design our home page as well as help one of our divisions figure out an issue they are having with equivalencies. Support is top notch!!!
