Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

Intercom is one of our main channels where we communicate with our clients for support, onboarding, and sales. We use web chat often, which is a brilliant solution for our clients to contact us quickly. Many of our leads contact us through web chat on our website, and clients find it super easy to use Intercom for quick queries. Intercom's help centre feature is really useful as well. It's easy to use and our clients can navigate the help centre efficiently. I've found Intercom's support team to be very reliable.

It's very easy to use for support, sales and marketing
We integrate with hubspot and our own website/software. The integrations are pretty seamless.
