Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

Intercom is used as a support tool and help center platform. Our target market is currently on another timezone and so we needed a way to support and onboard our users without being located within the same timezone as them. The help center and support chat facilitate this.

Very good. Their onboarding experience is great.
We use SSO and it works very well.
Although very different, both products are exceptional on what they do

It's well suited to provide self-help content for our users. It's less well suited on providing analytics or metrics & behaviour reports on the users.
