Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

Intercom is the primary messenger to connect with our clients. Our customers get fast and better service through Intercom. I think the team improved efficiency, reduced customer wait times, and improved customer satisfaction thanks to live chat.

I can find all settings which I need. Also, I like that Intercom shows me recommendations on how to improve our messenger.
We use Calendly and Zendesk integration.

When we propose to book a call with the sales team, Intercom shows the details about call. Also, Intercom has great macros, I can make answers for the client very fast.
