Communicate with clients on a daily basis, monitor response metrics, collect data, create automatic outbound series. It also has the ability to save and use macro responses, add resource articles and integrate AI in conversation threads. It helps us navigate the vast variety of topics that we discuss, tag our users automatically and manually for data collection, send automatic follow-up responses, and to monitor the effectiveness of our support team. The scope includes our entire team, and is the primary method of communication with clients.

It is used in combination with our external article database, and our CRM tool. We utilize the bump feature for automatic follow-ups/closing of conversations/tickets. In general, it's a very smooth and seamless experience.
