Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

Intercom is used for communicating with the clients , to solve their problem on a immediate basis ,It enables two-way communication between people which helps the business to grow it provides different AI features as well help in easy process of integration , and i think it has lot of scopes for the upcoming times

  • Connectivity issue sometimes
  • Missing the auto correction option
  • Unable to delete the texts
  • Its time saver
  • Immediate access to responses from Client
  • And customer satisfaction
As its an easy tools and also think have lot of potential to grow , need to bring up some good AI features and auto detection of sentences, and also some face some connectivity issue but over a nice system for interaction and give solutions on a timely manner for business growth and customer satisfaction
The Intercom is basically link with salesforce where on each conversation a case is been creation , so it becomes easy as we don't have to create a separate case for each conversation as it is automatically created which helps us to save time and attend more clients with there problems
