Intercom is used for communicating with the clients , to solve their problem on a immediate basis ,It enables two-way communication between people which helps the business to grow it provides different AI features as well help in easy process of integration , and i think it has lot of scopes for the upcoming times

- Connectivity issue sometimes
- Missing the auto correction option
- Unable to delete the texts

- Immediate access to responses from Client
- And customer satisfaction
The Intercom is basically link with salesforce where on each conversation a case is been creation , so it becomes easy as we don't have to create a separate case for each conversation as it is automatically created which helps us to save time and attend more clients with there problems
