Great overall with amazing pricing options

We mainly use Intuit Mailchimp for email marketing and to send transactional emails. Both of these are life savers for our organization, as we require constant makreting in order to sell event tickets, courses and other products. Plus transactional emails help us make sure we deliver important confirmations, reminders and order emails to everyone, without needing an email marketing subscription.

It's particularly useful in our case, as we have many different online courses, and active and alum students. Their segmentations allows us to send the exact email to the exact contact pool we want, and make sure each student, depending on their status and current online course receives the correct email, information and CTAs (if applicable)

We feel Intuit Mailchimp is more suited to small and medium businesses, as some of their functionalities are less complex than other competitors, and more suited to run of the mill businesses, with all the same requirements. For more complex actions, Intuit Mailchimp has some improvements to make.
