My experience with Mailchimp
Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp
We use Mailchimp for our email marketing campaigns within the business and have always found it very easy to use which can be a difficult thing for other providers. We also use it for SMS marketing and have found great success with this also, really good for keeping in touch with our current and previous customers who rely on information for coming back to us.
Pros
- E-Mail Marketing
- SMS Marketing
- CRM Management
Cons
- Pricing
- Interface
- Integrations
- Definitely better automation
- Saves a lot of time
- Good roi on time
We haven’t dived too far into the specifics as we don’t use it in its advanced form but it is definitely good for segments with adding tags and labels to individual people which we can do if they had a good experience and it helps tailor some of our marketing campaigns which is good
- Marketing CRM
- Sign-up forms
- Campaign templates
- Email marketing
Yes they have as we end up bringing our customers back into our venue and sales funnel which is quite useful actually. Would definitely look at exploring some more of the above features when i get time to actually sit down and learn some of the specific features. But we will see.
Yes this one has really done us well as a business. I think we do a lot of sms marketing because it is quite effective in terms of open rates, i think the main issue is that people are definitely harder to get phone numbers from rather than email addresses as standard
It has been good for the organisation however it would be interesting to see how we could grow further but again I’m not too advanced with Mailchimp however it is definitely something that i feel would be worth learning properly and investing time in so I will definitely have a look into it
