Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

We use ISL Light for unattended access and remote system administration of our employees' workstations. We also use it as a remote support tool when I need to connect to a client's computer to solve a problem or for demonstration purposes. In some cases, we also work remotely via ISL Light when we connect to the office computer from home.

It's perfect for us because it solves several of our challenges in a very effective way. I can well imagine that large companies might need more features. But it's the ease of use that we really appreciate about this product. We also find it extremely stable, even with slow connections.
At first we were impressed by how easy it is to get help from a remote partner. Later we found out that ISL Light is also a local product and we are happy to support local businesses.

ISL Light is ideal for a small or medium-sized office like ours. The price-performance ratio is very good and the prices are transparent, you get everything included. We were often impressed by how easy it was to get help from a remote partner. On several occasions we have accelerated our development process, which is gold dust.
