Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
ISL Light allows me to easily and securely provide support to clients. Its interface for both technician and client are clean, user friendly, and highly customizable. Setup of their on-premises server was very well documented. Any questions I did have were very quickly resolved by their exceptional support via online chat and remote support. I have been using their products for almost 4 years and would gladly choose them again.

While these are all good products and provide a solution in other use cases, at the time we were searching, ISL Light fit our use case best. It is a completely self-contained and privately hosted solution with a tool for each step, user contact, information gathering, remote support, and auditing. It also has a built-in backup solution for quick recovery in a DR situation.
