Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We are using isolved for our payroll and basic HR needs. It gives us easy access to payroll and general employee information and takes the burden of taxes and reporting out of our local hands.
  • The system is pretty intuitive making it easy to use.
  • There are a lot of canned reports that are easy to use and serve all of our needs.
  • If I have questions, there is easy access online or on the phone to provide help.
  • I would like to see the search feature enhanced so it could better recognize questions to guide me to the right area for what I am looking for.
  • isolved has been a time saver for HR.
  • The ease of use is a real benefit.

isolved has been able to meet our current needs. It is well suited for our small school with 57 employees. I can't think of a scenario where it would not be appropriate.
