- Timely support for pay date questions and unique situations.
- General Ledger set up once that works every time (after review and test).
- Many reports are available for non-payroll needs such as Workers Comp audit or retirement plan analysis.
- Report Menu is huge and difficult to navigate because each group has different options.
- Efficient platform because it works well for a non-expert (saves time).
- Humans answer the phone where there's a problem - much needed for this important task of getting payroll done accurately and on time.
